Photos of a stump and details of your health are private. We treat them that way. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect
This website has no forms and no accounts. We only receive information when you choose to contact us:
- Phone calls: your number and what you tell us about your amputation and your health.
- WhatsApp messages: your number, your messages and any photos or videos you send.
- Clinic visits: your name, CNIC number, contact details, medical history, measurements, casts and photos taken for your fitting.
Why we use it
- To advise you, plan your leg and give you a price.
- To make, fit, adjust and repair your prosthesis.
- To contact you about appointments, check-ups and anything to do with your leg.
We do not use your photos or your story on this website, in advertising or anywhere else without asking you first, in writing.
Who sees it
Only the clinic staff involved in your care. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We may share details with your doctor or surgeon when it helps your care, and we will tell you when we do. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
If every line is busy, a call to our number can be passed to another experienced prosthetics provider so you are not left waiting. In that case, the details you give on that call are handled by them.
How long we keep it
We keep your clinic records for as long as you are our patient, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can make you a new socket or repair your leg. WhatsApp messages stay on the clinic phone. You can ask us to delete photos and messages that we no longer need for your care.
This website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics on you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The map on our pages loads from Google Maps only when you click to show it. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we no longer need. Call or WhatsApp +92 321 318 2464, or ask at the clinic. We will reply within a reasonable time.
