Terms of use

General information only

Everything on this website is written by our clinical team to help patients and families understand prosthetic legs. It is general information. Your own situation depends on your health, your stump and your goals, and only an assessment in person can decide what suits you. Always follow the advice of your own doctor or surgeon about healing, wounds, medicines and your general health.

Prices

Prices on this website are ranges, given in good faith for 2026. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is set after a free assessment at the clinic, and it does not change unless you agree. Prices of imported parts can change with exchange rates and supply; we tell you before you commit.

Photos and products

Photos on this website illustrate the kinds of legs and parts we make and fit. They are not photos of specific patients, and the exact parts in your leg will be shown to you before they are fitted. Brand names belong to their owners. We import components from many manufacturers to order and are not an authorised partner, distributor or agent of any of them.

Calls and messages

Our own team answers our phone and WhatsApp, 24/7. If every line is busy, a call can be passed to another experienced prosthetics provider so you are not left waiting. Advice given over the phone or WhatsApp is based on what you tell us and the photos you send, and is confirmed at the assessment.

Links and changes

Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for their content. We may update this website and these terms from time to time; the date at the top of each page shows when it was last reviewed. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
